Feeling like escaping the daily grind of Paris for a vacation? Why not take a break and get a little closer to the sun with a one-way ticket to Korea? Perfect timing, because we’ve discovered one of the coolest rooftops of the summer! Head over to the 16th arrondissement, and more specifically, to the Musée Guimet.

Of course, as the National Museum of Asian Arts, Guimet had to yet again offer us a summer rooftop showcasing the richness of this continent. After a more than successful 2025 edition, the institution is once again taking us to Korea throughout the summer season of 2026 at the Han Rooftop-Guimet. On the program, there will be festive and musical evenings, which you can enjoy from May 15 to September 12. All of this with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, of course!


A summer between sky and lands… of Asia

Designed as a true extension of the museum's programming, which highlights throughout the year the cultural richness of Asian, Han Rooftop aims to be a friendly hub. Just like the contemporary creations showcased a few floors below, this space intends to be vibrant, festive, and unifying, especially with an eclectic programming that highlights Asian artists or those from Asia, who will have us dancing to unique performances and DJ sets.

In addition to delighting our ears and eyes – with the Iron Lady just a few steps away – the place also delights our taste buds thanks to a Korean food menu crafted by chef Young-Kyung Lee, who runs the restaurant MISSO. On the menu, you'll find traditional Korean dishes for lunch and a more casual street food offering in the evening. All of this is complemented by a wide selection of drinks straight from the land of the Morning Calm.


Unmissable events

Throughout this 2026 edition, contemporary Korean artists will take turns to make you feel the vibes in front of one of the most beautiful views of the capital. Among the currently confirmed lineup, we have Shakti, To Van Kao, Maï-Linh, Tin, Vega Voga, ZNA, Ychan, Danisa.
