Architect Théo Jacob enhances the Quinzerie hotel

For a year and a half now, the Quinzerie hotel has been welcoming foreign clientele and locals from the neighborhood within its brand new walls. With a perpetual desire to innovate, a rooftop and two private baths have just been added to the already well-stocked list of services, ensuring this four-star hotel a special radiance in the 15th district.

65 contemporary rooms and suites (half of them with views of the Eiffel Tower), a spacious living area on the ground floor for breakfast or working in the heart of a green garden, a sauna to relax after a workout in the fitness room... Emerging in October 2022 near the village of Saint-Charles and its bustling life, La Quinzerie was already attracting curious locals in search of escape. And that was before the clever touch of Théo Jacob, a 29-year-old interior architect with 6 years of experience.
"I have always preferred to offer an experience to the visitor. What we wanted for these two new living spaces was to create a surprise effect," details Théo Jacob, in charge of the various projects. And what a surprise! The project manager has set out to create from scratch a rooftop, rather called the Grand Balcony, on the 8th floor. Climbing up there ensures a total change of scenery, "breaking away from the chic and luxurious spirit of the hotel," he explains. The entrance shifts into a Provençal street where blue shutters and warm colors mix, under a gentle Mediterranean breeze. To extend this journey to the South, a team of experienced mixologists will introduce you to their signature cocktails entirely homemade, from juices to syrups. In the background, only the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower brings you back to reality: you haven't left the City of Light.
Another great innovation: two private baths with a marked decoration that "allows the client to relax in a playful spirit," describes Théo Jacob. Each 20m2 space has its own personality. The first, with a retro theme, ensures a dive into the 70s thanks to its play of materials and light; the second, softer, consists of pastel shades and surprising shapes. For €130 per hour, you can take a step aside from Parisian life, as a couple or with friends, and let yourself be rocked by the bubbles. Music, lights, neon, scents, TV: everything is customizable.
