That's it, the rooftop season is officially open in the capital! And while the new openings are coming in fast, thankfully, we also find some timeless treasures that never let us down year after year. Among them, we head to the 16th district to rediscover the breathtaking rooftop of the Molitor pool. On the agenda: cocktails, DJ sets, workshops, sumptuous dishes, stunning views of the capital, and of course, the most famous art deco pool in Paris!

Head to cloud nine

On the roof of the Molitor Hotel, just a stone's throw from the Bois de Boulogne and Roland-Garros, lies a rooftop like no other. In this absolutely stunning setting...

Dazzling like the most famous pool in Paris, it's the perfect spot for a timeless moment far away from the hustle and bustle of the streeta chair or lounging on a deck chair, you can enjoy a 360° view of the capital while relishing the coolness of the pool below.

And for this 2025 season, the summer spot — which we definitely want to warn you upfront, does come with a bit of a price — is going all out, featuring a crazy line-up. Every Friday and Saturday, the rooftop transforms into a DJ set in the open air. There will also be comedy clubs as well as creative workshops every Sunday and themed parties, like a California Night on July 4th and a White Party for the national holiday.

Two offers for the price of one

And just like tastes and colors, it doesn't...there’s no argument here, the rooftop offers you an extremely tempting double option. On one side, a restaurant inviting you to explore a grilled cuisine featuring seasonal products. Expect rustic plates brimming with fresh vegetables, salads, and even market fish. On the other side, for a more laid-back vibe, you can chill out in the solarium while enjoying cocktails at St-Germain (still a partner this year) and delightful sharing plates, all while soaking up some vitamin D. In either case, the Mediterranean inspirations from Chef Tony Goncalves are a sure delight, and the sweet treats from Camilla D’Ambrosio are always a joy!
