Everything is complemented by shareable plates created by executive chef David Bizet – flame-grilled lobster roll, bar crudo, crispy potatoes, vitello tonnato, young garden vegetables, beef carpaccio... – along with sweet delights from pastry chef Anne Coruble – cereal cookie, kiwi panna cotta, strawberry pavlova – not to mention unique signature cocktails with names that evoke summer and vacation.
