Honestly, you can tell right away how the quality of the dishes is absolutely stunning. On the savory side, there's a short, seasonal menu crafted around tomatoes. On the sweet side, we have Maxime Frederic, the best pastry chef of 2022, taking over with fresh variations featuring strawberries. And yes, you might guess, the dishes aren’t cheap, but we promise you that just for the view, it’s worth it to go up and treat yourself to at least a little ice cream (at €25…).
