1 pumpkin or butternut squash
1 Mont d'Or cheese
Olive oil
Coarse salt
Paprika, Espelette pepper, herbs of choice
A few sprigs of thyme
1 baguette
Breadcrumbs (optional)
1 or 2 cloves of garlic

PREPARATION

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Thoroughly wash and scrub the pumpkin before cutting off the top
- Remove the inside
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, spices, and sprigs of thyme
- Place the open pumpkin in the oven for 20 minutes (with the top on)
