1. The most indulgent: pasta salad

Ingredients:
250 g of torti pasta
1 cooked beetroot
5 cherry tomatoes
1 head of broccoli
100 g of comté cheese
10 black olives
10 croutons
4 basil leaves
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt, pepper
The recipe:
Cook the pasta al dente in a pot of boiling water with salt, then drain it in a salad bowl.
Peel the beetroot, place it in a clean cloth and squeeze it over a bowl to collect the juice. .
Cut the vegetables into cubes. Pour everything, along with the pasta, into a salad bowl and drizzle it all with beetroot juice and lemon. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
2. The heartiest one: lentil salad
Do you want to eat healthy but you have a huge appetite? No problem, the generous lentil salad will satisfy you for good with the promise of no longer suffocating from heat.

Ingredients:
250 g of uncooked lentils
10 g of garlic
2 large tomatoes
1 carrot
100 g of mushrooms
2 eggs
70 g of black olives
10 g of parsley
4 tbsp of green olives
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper
The recipe:
Cook the lentils in a saucepan with salt.
Pour the lentils into a salad bowl and add the minced garlic and diced tomatoes.
Add the lemon juice and incorporate the grated carrots, mushrooms, olives, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
Mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Before serving, stir the salad again and add a little lemon juice or olive oil if needed.
Add the hard-boiled eggs cut in half. It's ready!

Peel and grate the carrots and the white cabbage.
Cut the tomatoes and avocado into cubes.
Pour the yogurt, mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt, pepper, lemon juice into a bowl and mix.
Spread the preparation over the carrot-cabbage mixture and add the tomatoes and avocado.
Add the feta and the pomegranate. It already makes our mouth water!

250 g of lettuce
70 g of corn

Balsamic vinegar

Cut the watermelon and cantaloupe into cubes.
Slice the carrot and radishes into rounds.
Mix everything together in a bowl and add corn and arugula.
Drizzle with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.
