The bitter cold is starting to arrive, and even though we've been feasting on cheese all summer, it's time for some raclette. Melted cheese, potatoes, and delicious cured meats, the perfect combination to fill our bellies. And because we need some cheese left to buy more charcuterie, "to finish the leftovers" and start the never-ending raclette cycle, here are several anti-waste recipes to (finally) break free from this vicious circle. It's our gift to you. 1. Raclette Pizza Ingredients: - 1 pizza dough - 10 cl of heavy cream - 2 potatoes - 1 onion - 100 g of smoked bacon bits - 8 slices of raclette cheese - Salt, pepper Recipe: 1.
