Ingredients:
600g of potatoes
1 camembert
1 tablespoon of honey
Some spices of your choice
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
For the potatoes:
Cut the potatoes into large chunks and cook them in water or steam. If boiling, cook for 20 minutes after boiling in a large pot of salted water. Let them cool down, then brown them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.

For the camembert:
Place a sheet of parchment paper in the bottom part of the wooden box of the camembert and place the cheese on it. Drizzle with honey and add spices. Bake for 10/15 minutes at 180°C.

Serve very hot and melting with seasoned potatoes.
