Seen at our colleagues from Demotivateur Food, here is the best recipe to reinvent the tartiflette! We make it in a potimarron, just to feel less guilty by adding a vegetable... Ingredients (for 4 people): - 1 potimarron - 1 onion - 80g of bacon - 1/2 reblochon cheese - 300g of small potatoes Preparation: In a pan, fry the onion and bacon. Meanwhile, hollow out the potimarron by cutting off the top. Cut the reblochon cheese into cubes and fill the bottom of the potimarron with it. Once the onion-bacon mixture is nicely golden, add it on top of the reblochon. Close the potimarron with its top and bake the whole thing at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
