Ingredients

  • One large potato
  • Soft cheese like Boursin or Madame Loïc
  • Two slices of cheddar
  • Black olives
  • Chives
  • Espelette pepper
  • Lettuce (optional, for a healthier twist)

Preparation and Cooking (approximately 15 minutes)

  • Place your potato on a plate, brush with a mix of vegetable oil and salt, then microwave for 8-9 minutes.
  • Carefully take it out (it's hot!) and cut it in half lengthwise, then scrape out the flesh with a fork.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of soft cheese on each half, followed by 2 folded slices of cheddar.
  • Put it back in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Remove it, sprinkle with chopped chives, diced black olives, and a bit of Espelette pepper.
  • It's ready! Enjoy with some lettuce if you'd like.
