Cayenne pepper and/or Mexican spice mix

Step 1

Step 2
Peel the onions. Chop the peppers and onions into cubes. A little tip to avoid crying eyes: take a damp paper towel and place it next to the onion you're cutting on your chopping board. You're welcome, my Friend 😉

Sauté the peppers and onions in a pan with a little olive oil over low heat. Add salt, pepper, and your chili or Mexican spices.
