Ingredients:

4 slices of brioche

2 eggs

50 grams of vanilla sugar

165 grams of milk

15 grams of salted butter

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

Method:

In a bowl, vigorously mix the sugar, eggs, and milk

Dip the slices of brioche into the mixture

Generously butter a pan and toast the brioche slices

Sprinkle the slices with sugar and lightly caramelize them in the pan

Spread some jam on top, and you have a super indulgent breakfast
