Melting raclette cheese, potatoes, and charcuterie. Those are the noble and simple ingredients that are enough to make the majority of us mortals happy. It's safe to say that with the arrival of autumn and chilly mornings, it's time to load up on fat to face an already harsh winter. And the past months/years of our existence have convinced us of one thing: we have to treat ourselves! Which works out pretty well because that's exactly what we're offering you today: a big dose of pleasure (a little guilty, but who cares)!
Ingredients (for 1 raclette bowl, serving 1 person):
- 2 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 slices of raclette cheese
- Pickles
- Your choice of charcuterie
- Fried onions
- Chives
Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about twenty minutes
2. Place your choice of charcuterie and pickles in a bowl
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares before placing them in the bowl
4. Heat the raclette cheese in a saucepan, and when it's melted, generously pour it over the potatoes
5. Sprinkle the raclette bowl with fried onions and chives.
6. ENJOY!
