FOR 4 PEOPLE PREPARATION: 20 MINUTES COOKING: 35 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: - 600g of gnocchi - 200g of bacon - 1 onion - 200g of thick sour cream - 3cl of white wine - 1 farm reblochon cheese - 1cl of oil - Pepper PREPARATION: - Finely chop the onion and sauté it with the bacon in a non-stick pan. Deglaze with white wine. Let it reduce, then add the sour cream and pepper. Cook for one to two minutes. Set aside. - Sauté the gnocchi with a drizzle of olive oil. - In a dish, add the gnocchi. Pour the cream with bacon and onions over it. Place the pieces of reblochon cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. - Serve hot with a salad.
