This delicious homemade pizzette recipe was shared with us by the queens of good food: the team from No Diet Club. Soft, comforting, and incredibly tasty, these pizzettes seem perfect for celebrating this rainy and slightly depressing end of confinement. Ingredients: Dough - 220 g of flour - 220 g of plain yogurt - 1 packet of baking powder Tomato Sauce - 300 g of ripe tomatoes - 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste - 1 tablespoon of sugar - 1/2 white onion - 3 cloves of garlic - Olive oil - Basil/oregano/parsley - Salt, pepper Choice of Toppings - Olive oil/garlic base - Gorgonzola/chorizo/emmental/tomato sauce - Parmesan/basil
- Fêtes/olives
- Cream fraiche/Comté/Emmental/Parmesan/Feta
- Basil/parsley/salt/pepper

Preparation of the dough

Add the packet of baking powder to the flour then incorporate the plain yogurt by cutting the mixture with a knife until obtaining a dough texture. Then, knead the dough by hand adding flour until being able to form a ball and then divide the dough into 4 parts.

Flour the work surface and shape 4 mini-pizzas that are not too thick. Preheat the oven to 200°C, cover with whatever you want and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is completely cooked (check the bottom).

Preparation of the tomato sauce

In a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion in a bit of olive oil. When the onion is translucent, add the garlic and then the ripe tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and then add the tomato paste, sugar, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
