Ingredients:
250 g of milk chocolate
25 g of puffed rice or spelt
50 g of milk
150 g of white chocolate

The recipe:
Start by melting the white chocolate in a double boiler.
Smooth it out and then add the milk and puffed rice.
Once the mixture is smooth, distribute it into financier molds.
Let it harden in the refrigerator and then remove from the molds.
Melt the milk chocolate and then dip the bars in the melted chocolate using a fork.
Place them on a tray lined with aluminum foil and let them harden in the refrigerator.
