Sometimes in life, there are moments when, while peacefully watching a movie, we suddenly feel an irresistible urge to eat everything we see on the screen. Typical examples: the feasts at Hogwarts in Harry Potter, the ramen from Ponyo on the Cliff, or any dish from the incredibly delicious world of Ratatouille. And since ratatouille is a bit classic, we thought we’d share with you the recipe for the soup that you can tell just from the swirling smoke on the screen smells divine. Yes, that soup that Linguini messes up miserably, but our favorite rat manages to save. Come on, follow us little chefs, we’ll explain it all!

Ingredients
For 6 people :
1 large onion
3 leeks
1kg potatoes
1 stalk of celery (stalk + leaves)
½ bunch of flat-leaf parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1L chicken broth
50g garlic and herb cheese
10cl milk
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 :
First, let's take care of the vegetables. Cut the leeks into thick slices. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, dice the celery, and finally, peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Here’s a little tip, take two of the potatoes, cut them into cubes, grill them in the pan, and set them aside for later.

Step 2:
In a casserole, heat a little oil and add the leeks, onions, garlic, and celery for a few minutes over high heat to let it get a nice color. Once that’s done, add the potatoes and wait for them to stick a bit at the bottom, that’s what gives it a delicious flavor. When that happens, pour in the broth and let it simmer gently until the potatoes and leeks are tender.
Step 3:
Hang on tight, we're almost there. When all the veggies are cooked and it smells amazing, give it a quick blend. Then, add two tablespoons of cream cheese, some salt, pepper, and a splash of milk to make everything a little more liquid.
Step 4:
Finally, we plate it all up!
