To avoid falling into the sadness of confinement and to keep your spirits up a bit, we have found the recipe for a delicious fudgy brownie with an ultra-tasty chocolate ganache. To make this little wonder, you'll only need a few ingredients and minutes of preparation. (And let's be honest, you have nothing else to do...) Alright, let's get cooking! Ingredients for 4 to 6 people: - 200g of dark chocolate - 160g of unsalted butter - 1 teaspoon of salt - 100g of cane sugar - 40g of white sugar - 3 eggs - 50g of flour - 10g of cocoa powder For the ganache: - 200g of chocolate - 100g of liquid honey - 10g of cocoa powder - 30g of unsalted butter - 12cl of liquid cream Now, preheat the oven to 170°C.Mix the flour and eggs in a bowl and add salt. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Add the sugars to the chocolate-butter mixture and mix until smooth. Beat the eggs before adding them to the mixture. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 17 minutes. Let it cool and remove from the pan. In a saucepan over low heat, mix the cream, honey, cocoa powder, and chocolate squares until smooth. Then add the butter to obtain a glossy ganache. Pour the mixture over the brownie once removed from the pan and enjoy!
