As an appetizer, small dishes to share
An irresistibly delicious guacamole
Mash 3 avocados, add a chopped tomato and half an onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, the juice from half a lemon, a good teaspoon of harissa or a generous pinch of Espelette pepper, salt, pepper. Then sprinkle the mixture with a few coriander leaves and you're done. Taste it and adjust the seasoning according to your taste, of course!
An addictive artichoke caviar
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour a jar of artichoke hearts into a shallow dish, making sure to save their juice (sold in supermarkets next to sundried tomatoes).. Add 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of Espelette pepper, a tablespoon of parmesan, salt, pepper and blend everything together. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Make sure the parmesan crust is nicely golden before taking the dish out of the oven.
Braised cauliflower to lick your fingers
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shell a large cauliflower and place the pieces in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, add 1 crushed garlic clove and sprinkle moderately with spices (personally, I love the combo of curry and paprika), mix and then bake for 20 minutes. When the small pieces of cauliflower are nicely golden/grilled, the dish can be taken out of the oven.

A light and succulent main dish
A crispy salad with chicken breast, lentils, green beans, and honey mustard dressing
Cook a big bag of green beans in boiling salted water for about fifteen minutes. In another pot of cold unsalted water, bring a large bowl of lentils to boil and then cover for about twenty minutes for green lentils (ten minutes for red lentils).
Peel a whole cooked chicken and add it to the mixture, reserving the skin. Grill the chicken skin in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cut it into small pieces, and sprinkle over the mixture.
In a saucepan, mix 10 cl of liquid cream with a tablespoon of mustard and a teaspoon of soy sauce, heat gently until boiling. Add a tablespoon of liquid honey and reduce the heat to let the sauce simmer. Pour the mixture over the salad and mix.
An incredibly refreshing dessert
A fruit salad with secret ingredients
Cut the strawberries from a large container in half, two small apples, and two oranges into pieces, as well as slicing a banana. Add the juice of one lemon, a small handful of shredded mint leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, and a bit of pepper. Mix everything together and then sprinkle a container of blueberries on top. We promise you an explosion of summery flavors! !
