The "Christmas Tree" Champagne Cranberry Soup

So yes, well, champagne is very cliché, but it remains an essential for Christmas, so we suggest improving it a little to impress your guests.

Ingredients:

1 bottle of champagne or Crémant de Loire
300 ml of ginger ale (Canada dry)
50 ml of Cointreau
50 ml of cranberry juice
1 handful of frozen cranberries
Sprigs of rosemary

Preparation:

To start, we take our prettiest glasses. We place an upside-down sprig of rosemary in each glass, to make it look like a little tree, and add a splash of water. We place it in the freezer until it turns into an ice cube and the stem stands up on its own. Next, we mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl and let the guests fill their improvised snow globes. As a fancy twist, we don't hesitate to add some edible glitter.

to reproduce the effect to the max and bring a little bit of magic.

The gingerbread espresso martini

It's a classic cocktail that is already comforting, but we take it to the festive side by adding that typical Christmas flavor of gingerbread.

Ingredients:

4 cl of vodka
1 espresso
2 cl of coffee liqueur (like Baileys)
2 cl of gingerbread syrup
a few drops of vanilla extract

Preparation:

We put all the ingredients in the shaker, and we shake it well, so that it creates a nice foam on the top. For the more adventurous, you can also replace the gingerbread syrup (which is not easy to find, we admit) with homemade syrup:

2/3 cup of maple syrup
1/4 water
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon of clove

We bring everything to the boil.Fizz, then let it cook for 10 minutes while stirring, and voilà! For the presentation, a pretty Martini glass (you know, the ones we see in James Bond) that we drizzle with liquid caramel. We add a little Christmas cookie, if possible in the shape of a little man, it's still much cuter, and then there's something to drink and eat. Practical.

The Eggnog in its Christmas ball

Why not go American-style by making the most famous drink from Christmas romantic comedies? A slightly thick, extremely comforting cocktail that always makes a little impression.

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
10 cl of milk
25 g of cane sugar syrup
2 cl of white rum
a few drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon

Preparation:

We start by heating the milk with the spices. Meanwhile, we vigorously mix the egg and sugar for 5 minutes (a good way to work those muscles). We add the hot milk while stirring continuously, then let it cool down. Finally, we add the cream, vanilla, and rum. We mix it a bit, and it's ready.

For presentation, let's get creative and serve it directly in

Christmas ornaments. For the perfectionists, know that there are special glass ones shaped like ornaments. For the others, real ones that you rinse a little, work perfectly fine, just slide a small straw in (red and white striped if possible) and you're all set.The translation you provided lacks any content after the
