Attention all seasoned cinephiles, Jedi at heart, and die-hard fans of the Star Wars universe… Starting from April 30, 2026, an ephemeral shop entirely dedicated to this unique world will open its doors in the capital. This initiative is brought to you by The Walt Disney Company and King Jouet, celebrating both the release of the new movie Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu on May 20, and the 50th anniversary of the saga. Mark your calendars for a gathering in the Halles district.

An Immersion in the Star Wars Universe
At the crossroads of the store and immersive space, this 300 m² venue promises to transport you to other galaxies. Here, exclusive products will be on sale, and the space will constantly be changing: « A customer who comes on April 30 won’t see the same things as if they come in a year », assures Noam Bouyakoub, Deputy General Director of King Jouet to Parisien. Because while this store is meant to be temporary, it will actually be open for a year and a half.
Exciting Times Await!
Shopping and Lightsaber Creation Workshops
Spread over two floors, you’ll find over 1,000 items including toys, books, and even clothing and beauty products. And that’s not all! A café space will welcome guests, along with a lightsaber creation stand and a giant Lego mural. Some weekends will feature specific themes and unique events that will delight fans. When does it all start? On May 4th, with the traditional May the Fourth be with you — a nod to the phrase May the Force be with you. On that day, the first customers will have exclusive access to an event taking place at the Grand Rex the following day.
