A few months ago, we shared with you about a rather unique phenomenon that originated straight from the United States: real estate pornography. It's a special concept that involves being fascinated by exceptional properties to the point of spending hours browsing listings in store windows, or even organizing fake property visits, just to imagine your potential life in a stunning 300 m² with a view of the Tuileries Garden. The pinnacle of this trend in France? The empire created by the Kretz family in recent years, which has just reached a new milestone.
A Golden Family
Sandrine, Olivier, Martin, Valentin, Louis, and Raphaël. For 5 seasons now, more than 500,000 people have been following, week after week, the adventures of this one-of-a-kind family that has managed to carve a niche in the very closed world.and very exclusive in the world of ultra-luxury real estate. The concept? Episode after episode, we follow the family members into some of the most beautiful homes on the planet, as they look for properties to offer to their clients, whose budgets often rise to several million euros. Meanwhile, just like in a reality show, we witness the joys and personal struggles of the four brothers and their parents: marriages, divorces, pregnancies, studies, it’s all included. All of this under the watchful eye of the matriarch, Mijo, mother of Sandrine, one of the most beloved figures among fans.

A New Address in Paris
Until now, all transactions for the Kretz Agency and its 130 (!) employees happened only through the website, but that’s changed! Get ready for a fun spoiler: a significant part of season 5 is all about the potential opening of our very first physical office. Well, it’s officially happened! The family now has their first space in the 7th arrondissement, on rue du Bac. It’s a place like no other, giving a little breathing room from the family home where the Kretz have been gathering until now.

Here, the program features no flashy displays, no cold, white office space. Instead, we have a charming Art Deco showcase and six cozy rooms, each designed to reflect one of the family members. Paris for Martin, New York for Valentin (who has lived there several times), Barcelona for Louis, who moved there a few years ago, and padel for Raphaël, a fan of the sport. As for the parents, there's a Brazilian garden restaurant for Sandrine, and Trouville for Olivier, two places where the family owns getaways. This space is designed for clients to feel good, almost making us dream just as much as some of the properties featured in the show. Almost.
