A new icon of French music is joining the famous Grévin museum. Starting February 5th, visitors will be able to admire the wax statue of Clara Luciani, who has just been immortalized alongside the biggest stars of pop culture "such as Soprano, Gims, Madonna, Elton John, and Lady Gaga", as stated in a press release. This is a great honor for the 32-year-old artist, whose latest album Mon Sang, released in November, is enjoying great success.

Clara Luciani examined from every angle
To bring her wax figure to life, six months of meticulous work were needed. Under the guidance of sculptor Claus Velte and the museum artisans, every detail was studied with precision. "During the first meeting, Clara Luciani participated in the photo, video, 3D image capture, face measurements, body and hand molding sessions. Two more meetings allowed for comparisons between the model and the sculpting. Finally, several months later, a meeting was held to check the final details such as the hairstyle and makeup of the face," the announcement specifies.
Starting in February, Clara Luciani's fans will be able to find her in the heart of the iconic Parisian museum, where she will stand alongside great voices of music. The news had actually been known since June, when Claus Velte accidentally revealed that he had started working on a statue of the singer during an interview with France Bleu Paris. What a slip-up!
