Are our night owls craving something new? Well, you're in luck! On January 17th, a brand new XXL club will be opening its doors in eastern Paris. In the heart of a 3,000 m2 former industrial hall located in the Parc de la Villette, Mia Mao is shaping up to be the new temple of electronic music in Paris.
Mia Mao, the new techno institution in Paris?
Originally a label and a streaming channel, Mia Mao is expanding its range of activities with this club, aiming to become a significant player in the Parisian electronic and techno scene. Among the co-founders of this venue is Arnaud Perrine, a historic figure of the nightlife scene and leader of prominent institutions like Glazart, Kilomètre25, and Jardin21. This is a real badge of quality, considering the longevity of Glazart and its endless afterparties, along with the lovely summer evenings spent under the périphérique at Kilomètre25.

Innovative Sound System and Immersive Scenography
As reported by the media Tsugi, the onsite installations have been designed to provide us with a sharp sound and visual experience. On one hand, we have a sound system created by the French company Solution 63 Hz, which respects public health standards, of course, but more importantly, promises exceptional sound while minimizing the impact on the neighborhood. On the other hand, the scenography designed by Minuit Une, a company specializing in immersive lighting, offers a modifiable ambiance that syncs with the rhythm of the music using low-energy lasers.
A Thunderous Opening with Laurent Garnier
On the music side, the lineup will swing between heavyweights of techno and emerging artists. And right from its opening on the evening of January 17th, Mia Mao promises to go all out by inviting one of the pioneers of French electro: Laurent Garnier.
ng>. He will be joined that evening by stars like Tina Tornade, Koboyo, Manu le Malin, and Electric Rescue. Other big names from the electronic scene have already been announced for upcoming nights, including the highly anticipated I Hate Models and Rebeka Warrior.Voir cette publication sur Instagram
