If you love great food, good wine, and fabulous music, then get ready for your new must-attend evening: Groove Kitchen. What’s the concept? A gourmet dinner where each dish is crafted to be paired with a live music piece and the perfect drink to match. Yes, you heard that right: a menu completely tailored to the melodies played throughout the night. At the helm are the artist Bomel and the independent label Triple-Double, who have dreamed up this unique sensory experience. Add to that an exceptional chef – Marin de Bausset (formerly of Bocuse) – and Louis Flamant (ex-head waiter at Plaza Athénée), and you’ve got an evening that delights both the palate and the ears.

A gastronomic symphony

It’s in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, at Pinettes – a vibrant bar and neighborhood restaurant founded by two childhood friends – that the first two evenings took place. And let us tell you, the menu is simply...

Sending out something amazing! On the menu: bold pairings and artfully crafted dishes, always with a delightful and comforting twist. The menu evolves slightly with each edition while keeping its core elements. Among the iconic dishes, you’ll find a crispy spinach and spice amuse-bouche and the famous Pinettes-style cordon bleu with roasted squash and a revamped Caesar sauce. A gastronomic experience that wobbles between comfort and creativity, which we invite you to discover live!

A beautifully orchestrated menu to groove to the rhythm of Funky District, the band of the evening. So, do we really feel the notes with every bite? Let’s just say that if you’re not a music expert, the connection might not be immediately clear… but don’t worry, Louis Flamant is here to tell the story behind each dish & music pairing, taking you on a journey through flavors and sounds.

An evening that ends with a bang

The experience doesn’t stop there: once dessert is devoured and glasses are empty, the tables are pushed aside and the restaurant transforms into a concert hall. The strangers from earlier become your new dance partners, and you’ll likely leave with a smile and a few catchy tunes in your head. We toast, we laugh, we forget our everyday worries and head home with joy, some dance moves, and a few new names in our repertoire.
