A gourmet dinner where each dish is crafted to be paired with a live music piece and the perfect drink to match. Yes, you heard that right: a menu completely tailored to the melodies played throughout the night. At the helm are the artist Bomel and the independent label Triple-Double, who have dreamed up this unique sensory experience. Add to that an exceptional chef – Marin de Bausset (formerly of Bocuse) – and Louis Flamant (ex-head waiter at Plaza Athénée), and you’ve got an evening that delights both the palate and the ears.
