Almost a year ago now, the talented chef Ottolenghi had the capital dreaming by announcing his upcoming project to open his first restaurant outside of London in Paris. Today, even without a restaurant, he’s here to share with us all the secrets behind the creation of his new (and equally fabulous) cookbook: Comfort. All the Flavors of Ottolenghi
Beyond his new book, the chef invites you to dive into his creative process, sharing all the secrets of his cuisine. You'll be given chef tips and tricks that will allow you to infuse your recipes with that Ottolenghi magic, a unique blend of spices and creativity. You'll also have the chance to ask him any questions that come to mind, engaging in a unique dialogue with someone who has the amazing ability to delight us at home with every single one of his recipes, without exception – and believe us when we say, we've tried a whole lot of them before making such a bold statement! Just a tiny note we’d like to highlight: the meeting will be in English and won't be subtitled. But hey, for Ottolenghi, you can surely make a little effort, right?
