It's been a few weeks since line 13, aka Paris's worst line, if not the world's, had given us a break. But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and this week, it decided to make a comeback with not one, not two, but three consecutive traffic disruptions. So it's with joy and delight that we bring you a new little update on the performance of the light blue line.
Two stations closed this week
To start, it's the Mairie de Saint-Ouen station that's letting us down from Tuesday, October 26 through Thursday, 29. From that day, we go straight into Porte de Clichy station, which takes over for a good four days, that is until Sunday, November 1st inclusive. In either case, trains won't be stopping, and there will be no connections
will be ensured with line 14 which also serves these two stops — thank you the GOAT, lucky we can count on you in any circumstance. No replacement buses will be put in place, since we're talking about just one station each time, and to get there, you'll have to rely on your own two feet, or on the aforementioned best line in Paris (tied with line 1, let's not push it too far though).⚠️ En raison de travaux de modernisation, la station Porte de Clichy sera fermée du 29 octobre au 1er novembre inclus, toute la journée. #ligne13 La ligne de bus 54 sera renforcée. Another so-so Sunday
And unfortunately, the troubles don't end there, because to top it all off, the light blue line will be completely closed this Sunday, November 1st, from opening time until noon. Given that this is allegedly the 259,378th time since the start of the year, you're getting used to it by now, but here's a quick reminder of the basics: no trains, no connections guaranteed, and replacement buses available all morning. The good news, however, is that not only are these works designed to give us a line of the future, automated and equipped with the new MF19 trains, but also, after November 1st, there will be only 3Sundays to plan around before year's end, on November 15th and 29th, and December 13th!
[#travaux #ligne13] ⚠️ Pour préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux trains #MF19, la #ligne13 sera fermée jusqu'à midi les dimanches 1er, 15 et 29 novembre. En savoir plus 👉 https://t.co/dcxwjHV010 ⤵️ #RATP https://t.co/28YxaOmaT3
