The Editor

Yes, you heard it right! Invader is once again gracing us with the honor of decorating the capital with his iconic works. So, let's head to the 19th district to go hunting for those little pixelated beings that bring a smile to our faces, even on a Monday morning!

Invasion of La Villette

Although the artist started invading Paris in 1998, his latest mosaics are from July 2026! Invader first set up 19 pieces during the night of May 24-25 2026. This operation was then completed during a second night of work, reaching a total of 32 works in the area. You can spot them by keeping your eyes wide open on your next stroll along the canal de l’Ourcq, at 211, by the Folies, or near the Trabendo…

The Artist of Freedom

Invader is a French street artist who floods the streets with his “space invaders,” tiny pixelated creatures made of mosaic. After starting in Paris, he gradually spread across France and then took his art worldwide. Today, there are 4,411 works spread across 87 countries on all continents. But that’s not all! Mosaics can also be found in the International Space Station as well as in the depths of the bay of Cancún, Mexico! A real treasure hunt has even been set up with the FlashInvaders app, which thousands of fans open each day. The goal? To scan all the works of the artist… We wish you good luck!
