We’re testing the new South American sandwiches from Compadre

After the fantastic success of their restaurant Selva in the Latin Quarter, this dynamic duo has taken on an exciting new challenge: opening a street-food spot that celebrates the lively flavors of South America. Colombian chef Felipe Camargo and his partner Hugues Chevallereau launched Compadre, the perfect place to indulge in delicious sandwiches inspired by Peruvian "sanguches." Every ingredient is sourced from top-quality producers, from the soft buns from The Bread Shop to the wonderfully marinated and smoked meats. You won’t be able to resist going back for more!
