All good things come to an end, and after a brief warm spell, Paris is officially going to face wintery weather and temperatures that we can't ignore. According to Météo France, a cold drop is making its way from the Netherlands and Denmark to France and Spain starting this week. As a result: “a more unstable weather” and particularly chilly temperatures.

Temperatures between 4 and 15 degrees expected all week
What to expect, really? Temperatures will be below 10 degrees every day. On Wednesday, November 13th, while there may be some bright spells, temperatures won’t exceed 7 degrees with a feel like 5 degrees. Thursday, November 14th, and Friday, November 15th, will show similar conditions: particularly chilly mornings ranging from 6 to 8 degrees and slightly warmer afternoons, between 10 and 12 degrees. The weekend doesn't look too glorious either: in the morning, make sure to wear your best coat as only 4 degrees are expected. In the afternoon, temperatures will vary between 10 and 15 degrees and on Sunday, rain will come to shower the capital.e vents at 45 km/h.

A particularly low sunshine rate this November
Along with the chilly temperatures, sunshine is expected to stay quite low this week. During the first week of November, only 8 hours and 27 minutes of sunshine were recorded, according to the Paris-Montsour station.
is, or rather a drop of 88% compared to seasonal averages assessed between 1991 and 2020. In suburban cities, the situation is even more critical: in Trappes in the Yvelines, only 7h22 of sunshine were recorded during that very first week. Our advice: invest in the coziest blankets and enjoy sweet evenings binge-watching the must-watch series and films of this month. And for the more adventurous, head over to the first Christmas markets opening their doors starting this weekend!
