The transition from the gentle temperatures of late summer to the biting morning cold at the beginning of October was rough. Let's be honest, we've pulled out our cozy blankets, thick sweaters, and hot water bottles just to survive. Fortunately, this week should be relatively mild with plenty of sunshine, a few drops of rain too, and rather pleasant temperatures for this time of year. Here's what to expect!

Sunshine on the schedule all week long
Great news is in store for us : sunshine will brighten our days for most of the week — from Monday, October 12 through Thursday, October 15, 2026. While some days will have a few clouds scattered about, they'll be mostly radiant with a gorgeous blue sky. As we head into the end of the week, however, rain will make its comeback, especially Friday afternoon, October 16, and Saturday afternoon, October 17. Sunday, October 18 will be sunny again, promising a truly beautiful week ahead.

21°C expected for mid-October
When it comes to temperatures, we won't exceed 21°C maximum, on Tuesday the 13th and Thursday the 15th of October. For the rest of the week, expect around fifteen degrees in the morning, and 19°C in the afternoon.
The weekend will be a bit chillier : only 14°C are forecast by Météo-France for Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of October. So one rule applies : make the most of the sunny capital, but dress warmly, just to protect yourself from the cold and all those autumn illnesses floating around in the air !
