We’d like to give you a heads-up: it’s going to be a very changeable weather week ahead! Expect rain, some sunshine, a bit of warmth, and even some coolness, as the capital will experience all sorts of weather. Sadly, it will all follow a less-than-joyful pattern: the further we get into the week, the worse it will get. At least, you’ll know what to expect and when to plan your outdoor activities.

A Gentle Start to the Week

This week will kick off gently, with a relatively pleasant Monday, December 15 in terms of temperatures (between 5 and 11°C), and especially some welcome clear skies throughout the day. The rest of the week, until Friday, should be more or less similar, with temperatures ranging between 5 and...

13° depending on the days. The sky, however, should worsen as the days go by, shifting from pale blue to gray starting Tuesday afternoon. And a few drops of rain are even potentially expected in the middle of the week (Wednesday) and at the end of the week (Friday).

A Calamitous Weekend

To top it all off, the weekend is shaping up to be tricky, as it’s going to be marked by wind, rain, and cold. What a delightful program we have ahead! The forecast includes temperatures between 5 and 9°, with precipitation expected on Saturday, and especially all day Sunday. This December 21st, the official start of meteorological winter, will certainly honor this season that is both magical and dreadful. In summary, get out this week and this weekend, and take the time to retreat to the theater, to discover the most beautiful exhibitions of the moment, or stay home and binge-watch the best series of the month.
