We wanted it, waited for it eagerly, and here it is at last. Spring gave us a little taste of its splendor at the beginning of March, before handing back, once again, the rain and the grayness that we all know too well. Thankfully, we're reaching the end of this seemingly endless winter: this week, spring is finally settling in the capital and bringing along its forever partner: the sun.

A week filled with sunshine
In Paris, there's an unchanging rule: things happen gradually, gently. So, it was impossible for the beautiful weather to arrive right away on Monday, March 16, 2026. No, we start with a slightly gray day before diving into the rest of the week with bright sunshine. From Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the sky will be as blue as the sun will be yellow — just what we need to lift our spirits. There will be not a single cloud in sight — except for Friday, March 20, 2026, when a light cloud cover will make an appearance.
Cool temperatures but seasonally pleasant
As for the temperatures, we shouldn't expect summer heat — it's March after all.
It's all set! If on Monday, March 16, 2026, we still find ourselves with a shy 12°C, according to Météo-France, we’ll be all set to enjoy 16°C during the day starting the very next day. The rest of the week will keep up the good vibes, swinging between 14°C and 16°C. The weekend will be a tad cooler—12°C on Saturday, March 21, and 14°C on Sunday, March 22—but still bright and cheerful.
