We've got a real tough time ahead… Just when we all got a taste for the sun and spring temperatures that were gracing us every day, Météo France is clear: rain is making a comeback this week. While we might get a day or two of respite at the start of the week, the rest is looking to be much wetter and cooler.

A particularly contrasting week

We need to make the most of this Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10, 2026, which, thankfully, should bless us with fabulous rays of sunshine throughout the day. Starting Tuesday, March 11, umbrellas will once again be making an appearance: from morning till evening, ...

the rain will pour down on the capital, much to our regret. The same will be true on Friday, March 13, as well as all weekend long on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, 2026. Only Thursday, March 12, will offer a little sunny break and slightly warmer weather amidst these downpours.

Temperatures that will gradually drop throughout the week

As for the temperatures, if you managed to take off your jacket these past few days, it’s time to put it back on, maybe even layer up! It’s pretty straightforward: the temperatures will start at 17°C on Monday, March 9th during the day, and then gradually decrease. So, we can expect 15°C on Tuesday, March 10th, 12°C on Wednesday, March 11th, 11°C on Friday, March 13th, and 10°C on Saturday, March 14th. Don’t worry, the disturbances should be brief, and the sun will — hopefully for sure — be back the week of March 16th to celebrate the official arrival of spring!
