We've been dreading it while knowing full well that we couldn't escape it — much to our dismay. Not sure what we're talking about? Let us enlighten you: the cold. Less than 20°C expected this week
We're in for a downward spiral of a week. If Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 starts off at 17°C and climbs to 24°C, come Wednesday, October 7th, daily temperatures will drop to 20°C.
Thursday, October 8th is when the shock will hit hardest : while we'll have 14°C in the morning, only 16°C will be felt in the afternoon. The same story unfolds on Friday, October 9th. What about the weekend? During the day, temperatures won't exceed 16°C.

Sunshine and Showers
And in Paris, cold weather means rain. Until Wednesday, October 7th, the sun will be shining every single day. But on the 7th, rain will fall all day long and even into the evening — across the entire country. Fortunately, fair weather will make a comeback as soon as Thursday, October 8th, before giving way to rain once again over the weekend of Saturday the 10th and Sunday the 11th of October.
