Between the last warm rays of September and the first gusts of October, Paris is about to experience a week in two acts. From September 30 to October 5, the sky will initially offer a few lovely, gentle days before giving way to showers, wind, and a definitely autumnal feel.
A sunny first half of the week
Tuesday and Wednesday are looking particularly pleasant: the sun will shine brightly on Tuesday, before a more overcast sky takes over the next day. The temperatures will remain mild, with afternoons lingering around 19 to 20 °C, although the mornings will be cool, around 8 to 10 °C. Thursday will mark the transition: a cloudier sky, few sunny spells, but still dry conditions with temperatures holding steady. In short, the first part of the week keeps the vibes of an Indian summer, perfect for extending sunny breaks and enjoying Parisian strolls.

Rain, wind, and a chill starting Friday
A change is on the way starting Friday! Showers are making a grand comeback and temperatures are dipping slightly, with highs reaching around 16 °C. The weekend is looking more autumn-like too: Saturday will start with a light rain before becoming cloudier and windier, while Sunday will have a mix of sunny spells and clouds, with a few showers as a bonus. The thermometer will show between 10 and 11 °C in the morning and 16 to 19 °C at best in the afternoon. It’s time to bring out those coats, waterproof jackets, and cozy scarves!
