Ladies and gentlemen, it’s official: 4 days until spring arrives! On Friday, March 21st, we can hopefully say goodbye for good to beanies, coats, ankle boots, and all those pesky winter accessories. Time to bring out those flowery blouses, lightweight t-shirts, and those sunglasses that will be glued to your face until at least October. And one thing is for sure, this week will help us get used to this new climate, thanks to the relatively high temperatures and sunny weather.

Spring temperatures expected all week long
Get ready, set, sunbathe! We hope you have some good sunscreen because this week is all about the UV rays, as announced by Météo France. From Monday, March 17, to Thursday, March 20, the weather will be delightful: a beautiful blue sky graced with a lovely and radiant sun. In the mornings, temperatures will hover between 6 and 9 degrees, while in the afternoons, they’ll rise up to 16 degrees, especially on Thursday. In the evenings, the air will be just as mild, even warming up to 18 degrees on March 20.

A hot but rainy weekend
While temperatures won’t budge and will even reach 20 degrees on Friday, March 21, the weather will turn starting at the end of the week. From Friday onwards, the skies will be greyer and rain will sweep across all of France, including the capital, starting Saturday, March 22. So, get ready for a pretty wet weekend with continuous rain. However, it won't drop below 15 degrees during the day. According to Météo France, it looks like the showers will continue until Wednesday, March 26, but since hope keeps us going, let’s hope that the sun breaks through a bit sooner than expected!
