A sixth Universal park in the world
This park will be the sixth of its kind in the world and the very first on European soil, with Universal already established in Los Angeles, Orlando, Beijing, Osaka, and Singapore. « We are more than excited to take this very important step in our plan to create an amazing theme park in the heart of the United Kingdom, complementing our growing park activities in the United States, by expanding our footprint to Europe», reacts Mike Cavanagh, president of Comcast Corporation, Universal Studios' parent company, in the announcement. Negotiations between London and Comcast had been ongoing for several decades.
While the amount of the agreement has not been disclosed, the British government estimates that the project could generate up to...

Attractions Inspired by the Greatest Franchises
The park, covering over 200 acres, promises a complete immersion into the worlds of the biggest franchises from the Hollywood studio: Minions, Jurassic World, Fast & Furious, and even Harry Potter. Conveniently accessible by public transport, the site is just a little over a one-hour train ride from Saint Pancras station in London – which also offers Eurostar connections with Paris, Brussels, or Amsterdam.
On the agenda: spectacular rides, immersive experiences, shows and much more!
and a 500-room hotel. While the final list of attractions remains confidential, the British press already mentioned in 2023 the possible presence of Paddington Bear, a true icon in the UK.
