A restaurant in the 13th district since 2022
It was on Thursday, March 10, 2022, that the Ephemera group introduced its first immersive restaurant to the public in Paris. Tucked just steps away from the BnF, it offers a delightful menu crafted from local and seasonal ingredients, along with fish sourced from French fishing. Enjoy gilthead bream ceviche, roasted salmon, lobster sauce rigatoni, as well as butternut crumble or mushroom gnocchi for the vegetarians... There’s something for every taste. All of this is set in a sea-inspired decor, making you feel like you've just had a diving session.

Two more immersive restaurants have opened in the capital
Since then, the immersive restaurant concepts by Ephemera have been blossoming in the capital! Stellar allows us to experience a celestial adventure close to the stars in the 11th arrondissement, since April 2023. Then came Jungle Palace, located in the 10th, which joined the list in June 2024, taking us right into a tropical forest. While Under the Sea is set to take its bow by March, there’s no doubt that the group has plenty more surprises in store for us. What do you think will be the theme of the next establishment?
