According to this study with unquestionable objectivity, carried out by an algorithm scoring out of 100, two French establishments – even better, from Paris – have managed to enchant everyone who walked through their doors. They are La Réserve in the 8th district (already ranked last year), and Meurice, a true institution overlooking the Jardin des Tuileries.
