The old railway line is getting ready to welcome two exciting new spots! On June 1st, SNCF Immobilier announced the arrival of two new projects in the 15th and 20th arrondissements, winners of the call for projects launched in 2025 with the City of Paris. The program includes culture and sustainable food, starting in 2026!
The Vaugirard Vaults Become Underline
The Gabius company, specialized in events – from exhibitions to fairs – is investing in Vaugirard Street to set up Underline, a new cultural project nestled under the eleven Vaugirard vaults. 2,000 m² to soak up culture in the heart of the 15th, just a hop away from Saint-Georges Park. This place will feature a space dedicated to temporary exhibitions (with, in fact, options for privatization)...

The former Vincennes train station, a sustainable food hub
Founded in 2019 by journalist Camille Labro, The Edible School works towards educating children about healthy and sustainable eating in schools, from farm to table. And in 2026, the organization unveils its latest project: the Edible House. Located on the Petite Ceinture...re, in the heart of the old Vincennes train station in the 20th, L’École Comestible plans to create a space entirely dedicated to sustainable food, complete with a wonderful lineup of participatory activities, including workshops, meetings, and shared gardens.

In short, with these two projects, la Petite Ceinture once again confirms its status as an open-air urban laboratory, where culture, engagement, and friendliness continue to reinvent Paris. And we're patiently (and very excitedly) waiting for the opening of the venues!
