Between the Montparnasse Tower and the constantly evolving district of La Défense, Paris is always reaching new heights. Soon, a shimmering skyscraper will join the capital and transform its skyline. Planned in the 15th arrondissement near the Porte de Versailles, this “Triangle” tower is expected to be completed by next year. We're excited to share more about this uniquely designed building!

A tower blending grandeur and sustainability

180 meters tall, 44 floors, 91,000 square meters of total area, 3,500 square meters of outdoor spaces… It's safe to say that this new Parisian tower, designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, is all about going very (very) big. Although it has sparked controversy, the construction site for this building began in 2021, led by the company BESIX — which was also behind the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower located in Dubai. Four years of work are planned, so the construction is expected to be completed by 2026. With its impressive height, it will become the third tallest building in Paris, behind the Montparnasse Tower (209 m).ave;tres) and the Eiffel Tower (330 meters).

The focus is on sustainability and ecological transition. 1,100 square meters of photovoltaic panels will be installed, 20% of the needs will be met by geothermal energy, and lighting will be 100% powered by LEDs. Wherever possible, recycled resources have been used.Used for the construction of the tower: 90% recycled steel and 62% recycled aluminum.

Shops, business spaces, and hotels planned in the Triangle tower

Named Triangle because of its shape, this skyscraper is set to welcome professionals, locals, and tourists alike. It will feature 70,000 square meters of workspaces, 15,000 square meters of services open to everyone (like a nursery, health center, cultural center, etc.), and 750 square meters of nearby shops. A six-story hotel with 128 rooms will also be part of it. A recent agreement has been signed with the Radisson Hotel group for the opening of the Radisson Blu in 2026.
