Designed for young professionals aged 25 to 40, Hife Vélizy reimagines the concept of aparthotel: the perfect balance between privacy and friendliness, independence and sharing. A delightful way of co-living with your private accommodation and additional shared living spaces.

The apartments - from T1 to T5 - are all furnished and equipped, giving everyone their own private space "at home" - an apartment with a kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private bathroom - while enjoying large common areas "for everyone" - a lounge area, shared kitchen, coworking space, gym, music studio and karaoke, plus a cinema, restaurant "Canteen," and a fabulous 90 m² rooftop with a tapas bar "La Vista."
