After l’International or La Mutinerie, it's a new must-visit spot in Paris that's on the brink of disaster. It's a dedicated and supportive space like no other, hosting festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and concerts for over a decade, while promoting limitless inclusivity. In short, it's a unique place that now finds itself in a very delicate economic situation. And it's on Instagram that this third place made a final call for help.
A Parisian Living Space in Peril
In a press release published on April 2, 2025, Le Pa...villon des Canaux is sounding the alarm. Thanks to a long post, the team explains that they only have 6 months to turn things around before they must close their doors for good. It's a tragedy for all Parisians who have been enjoying this committed venue for 10 years, always ready to bring us incredible programming in a super cool setting.

Indeed, beyond the always original and engaging animations and activities, the Pavillon des Canaux is a place where you can sit in a bathtub while enjoying a drink, take advantage of an incredible glass roof during sunny winter days, and experience the refreshing waters of the nearby canal in the summer. In short, it’s a concentrate of joy, inclusivity, and pleasure both in substance and style. However, all of this could soon disappear.
What solutions to save the Pavillon?
In its post, the third place announces that it is facing severe financial difficulties, but wants to do everything possible to bounce back. On the agenda: a str...New menu, new animations to try to gather as many people as possible, but also to establish a new configuration of the spaces, for example. The message is clear: the Pavillon des Canaux aims to find suitable and sustainable solutions to continue offering us an amazing program and ever more interesting events (even necessary ones). In the meantime, especially, let's not hesitate to pay a visit and enjoy the bar and restaurant to give them some support!
