Wouldn't it be amazing to have a session at the Plaza Athénée? Forget about the usual Netflix and take-out dinners, this summer Jean Imbert is offering ultra fancy evenings under the stars, in the inner courtyard of the palace. What's on the agenda? 5 cult films paired with 5 thematic menus, all in a picturesque setting. In collaboration with MK2, the group has given chef Imbert free rein to combine his two passions: cinema and gastronomy, as a regular at the Cannes Film Festival.
A 3* dinner in front of a screen
For five evenings, the giant screen of the Plaza Cinema Club will showcase quality films projected under the stars, along with a special treat. Just like in previous years, the Michelin-starred chef will serve a dinner that complements the film of the day, like ratatouille for Ratatouille or seafood for Jaws. It's a magical and exquisite night out, but it comes with a price tag: 290€ for the entire experience. Ouch!

So this year, The Godfather will be accompanied by Italian flavors in the style of large Sicilian family feasts (June 30); The Visitors by a meal that will take us on a journey through time (July 1); James Bond, Thunderball by a daring menu where each step is an adventure (July 2); The Dark Knight with intense flavors to immerse us in the dark universe of Gotham City (July 3); and finally The Good, the Bad and the Ugly with a menu worthy of the greatest "Spaghetti Westerns". We don't know about you, but we're getting hungry.
