On January 12th, the Tourism Office - Paris I Love You will officially close the doors of its last "physical" welcome point located near the Eiffel Tower. The shift towards more digital information methods is one of the main reasons for this decision. The Tourism Office will now only be accessible in a digital format.


SPOT24 closed to the public starting Sunday, January 12

In April 2024, in anticipation of the Olympic Games, the Tourist Office moved from rue de Rivoli to the 7th arrondissement, right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Named SPOT24, this spot aimed to be a welcome and information center for tourists looking to explore the city, but it also featured a souvenir shop, a café, and an Olympic exhibition. Instead of welcome points, there’s « a tourist concierge service 7 days a week, reachable by phone, but…Starting Monday, January 13th, WhatsApp instant messaging will be available to provide personalized advice and cater to the needs of visitors either in advance or on-site, as stated by *Paris Je t’aime*. The app launched during the Olympic Games also offers additional information.
