And despite the few urban forests slowly emerging within the city – we’ll soon be welcoming a new Colonel Fabien square filled with greenery – our craving for nature is rarely satisfied. But starting from the end of spring, just twenty minutes by RER, you’ll be able to take a deep breath of fresh air high atop a rooftop. Ma Salade à Toit, the new green spot in Noisy awaits!

The idea? To develop sustainable agriculture in the heart of the city and revitalize concrete spaces to turn them into true havens of freshness and biodiversity. The place aims to offer outdoor (and greenhouse) plant production, and to create a space for learning, sharing, and exchange around lettuce and more.

From the garden to the plate in zero kilometers
More than just a place to work the land, Ma Salade à Toit aims to be a new gathering spot for people in Île-de-France. Friendly and open to everyone, the green rooftop aims to raise awareness about ecology, promote local agriculture, and enhance urban biodiversity.
But that's not all! The venue also plans to delight our taste buds with the opening of a restaurant that can host up to a hundred people. In a charming pavilion made of natural wood and surrounded by the garden, you will be able to taste farm-fresh products, featuring delicious and indulgent dishes that are, of course, ultra-local.
