What's in store for this brand new barge fully dedicated to the literary world? Meetings, readings, book signings, writing workshops, and even a huge library to dive into a good novel, rocked by the waters of the Seine.

It’s at the heart of the Kilomètre Zéro project that Nanna’s upcoming opening fits in. The goal is simple: to create a festive and vibrant neighborhood along the Seine, envisioning a new destination for tourists and Parisians. The concept already includes Le Son de la terre, a barge dedicated to jazz.

And so, Nanna will open its doors next, highlighting another form of art: literature. The fifth art will be celebrated on this barge, combining a retro ambiance with an es...peace of bar and dining, and especially a rich cultural program, to honor authors and readers. But concretely, what should we expect?
Books, from A to Z
To satisfy all our desires as avid bookworms, Nanna will offer a whole bunch of activities related to books starting from spring 2026. There will be writing workshops, meetings with authors, book launches, signings, and even live recordings of literary podcasts. All of this will be complemented by a huge library featuring over 5000 titles. Contemporary literature, French and international classics, poetry, philosophy, travel stories, fine arts, and comic books, there's something for everyone!
