A transport reimbursement campaign for young Parisians
Several criteria come into play to potentially qualify for reimbursement of your transport pass. In this case, this reimbursement campaign is aimed at only the youngest. So, the person holding the Pass or subscription must be under 18 years old, reside in Paris, and have a valid Imagine R or Vélib’ pass that is active. The amounts that can be refunded range from €24.40 for a Junior Imagine R to €382.40 for a School or Student Imagine R for those under 20 years old receiving AEEH benefits, with, for example, €27.60 for a Vélib'.

A refund processed in less than two months
How does it work? You need to select the refund form that corresponds to the package you paid for on the City of Paris website. The payer of the contract fills it out and receives a confirmation of receipt. The request will then be processed, and if approved, the refund will be made to your bank account within less than two months. Please note that all procedures are done exclusively online.
